At Pop Up Balloons, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. 50% deposit is to be made to confirm all orders. All stands,backdrops and florals are the property of pop-up balloons and are only to hire. Any hired items damaged are at the liability of the customer and shall be reimbursed to Pop-Up Balloons. Delivery is to be scheduled 1 hours prior to event. Pop-up balloons is not liable for any damages for pickups and delivery by a 3rd party.
Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last.
2. Although our gift teams select the best products within our capacity appearance may differ when compared to the images on our website, as our slogan says "customized to you" and "providing that personal touch".
3. Although product substitution is rare, the right is reserved to make substitutions within reasonable capacity, in the event it is necessary. In such cases the final product will match the same quality and look as similar as possible to the desired product.
4. While vouchers are offered on a regular basis, all rights are reserved to cancel orders placed if there has been misuse of a voucher or unsolicited voucher use.
5. To avoid any room for error, please ensure that all recipient names and messages are spelt correctly. Messages and names are printed exactly as provided so its imperative that all information provided is accurate.
6. Orders shall only be processed after payment has reflected. Please ensure an immediate payment is made where necessary.
7. Latex Helium Filled Balloons last approximately 5 hours, whilst Foil Helium Filled Balloons and Bubble Helium Filled Balloons last approximately 12 hours. Lifespan of helium balloons are subject to weather conditions all of which POP-UP BALLOONS is not responsible.
